RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Any and all cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to the booking date. Failure to notify the band after the 24-hour window results in a 50% deduction on the refund of the booking to cover the cost of rehearsals and missed work. Please e-mail houstonensemble@gmail.com for more information.
